"I just called the office and spoke to Stephen Ciccone. I needed a specific personal Life Insurance document as I am updating my will/trust. Within seconds he emailed it to me. I then realized I needed to add my sons as contingent beneficiaries. Stephen was friendly, personable and extremely efficient and did that within seconds.
